My husband and I came to Washington, D.C., for a birthday/graduation celebration. I’ve never been here before. I checked Airbnb listings and found this lovely gem. Since the day of arrival, Cory had been checking in with me to make sure our stay was comfortable. During this time, I had only one question, which he answered within 15 minutes. He had a private garage where we could park our rental without worry. My husband and I were able to walk to the Metro to get downtown without hardship. I highly recommend staying here if you are planning to visit Washington, DC. Cory was a fantastic host.

My family and I enjoyed our stay for Memorial Day weekend. The home was super clean and in a great location! You could easily walk to Publix or Walgreens if you needed anything, and it was a close drive to Las Olas with tons of restaurants. Cory proactively communicated everything I needed to know for a smooth check-in/check-out and offered local recommendations. He was also very responsive to any questions we had. We would definitely stay again!

Love this very clean unit in a premiere location near grocery and Holiday Park, it's my third time staying here I believe. Love the private back and side yards. 2 parking spaces which is rare. Nice shower. Fast internet.

We had the most peaceful and amazing stay at Cory and Megan’s place with our little ones. Every question or hiccup was handled so fast and courteously! We would definitely stay again!

This home was perfect for our party of 5 - spacious and clean. All the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and clean. The hosts were super responsive and kind. We didn't spend much time in the neighborhood, but the location easy to get to and about 20 min from DCA airport. One heads up is that the sofa bed on the 3rd floor is not a pull-out sofa bed with a real mattress, so probably more suitable for a child. Overall, a wonderful stay!

This is a wonderful property that is true to its pictures. My family really enjoyed our stay. I was particularly impressed with how responsive the hosts were. We had a couple of minor issues, and they addressed them immediately. I travel a lot, and I realize that sometimes things happen outside the host’s control. For me, what matters most is how a host responds in those situations, and Cory exceeded all expectations. Great property, great service . . . I would highly recommend it!

I stayed at Cory & Megan's last week and it was amazing! Looked exactly like the pictures, easy to get out of and drive to work, and the side backyard was totally secluded and peaceful which is exactly what I needed! The last place I stayed at had such dirty floors my feet were black, and here it was the complete opposite thank goodness! Cory was also very responsive throughout my stay and went out of his way to check if everything was going okay and to provide recommendations. I will definitely be planning on staying here again, thank you both so much!

Great unit. Clean and cozy. Literally behind a Publix, so a short walk to get items to stock up if needed. The host, Cory, is very responsive and proactive in communication. The unit is literally 15 min from the airport, and a very short drive to restaurants as well as the beach. I would definitely stay at Cory's place again. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great place to stay. Loved that we could walk to the Publix and the neighborhood was quiet. The kitchen had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. In the third bedroom the curtains don't fit the window so the light comes through all the gaps. The bed in there is also a little small for an adult.
